Bi Lateral & Uni Lateral Leg Press

Inspired by the legendary 35° Nebula-style leg press, the HD Equipment 35° Unilateral Leg Press takes that proven geometry and refines it for modern strength facilities. The angle delivers the powerful, joint-friendly pressing path serious lifters expect, while the addition of true unilateral capability opens the door to balanced development, rehab integration, and asymmetry correction without compromising load.

This is not a compromise machine. It is built for heavy, controlled progression.

Engineered Resistance Curve

The sled path and carriage design create a smooth yet progressively demanding resistance profile. It loads naturally through the mid-range and stays honest at lockout, allowing lifters to take hard sets deep into fatigue without the movement feeling unstable or erratic.

When it’s time to escalate, removable lower band pegs allow you to introduce accommodating resistance. Set it up banded to increase tension through extension, create overload at the top, or tailor resistance to athlete needs. Use them when you want brutality. Remove them when you want purity.

Unilateral Performance Without Instability

Each leg can be trained independently without awkward positioning or improvised setups. Ideal for:

  • Addressing left-to-right imbalances
  • Athletic performance programming
  • Injury return-to-play protocols
  • Hypertrophy-focused isolation work

It delivers the stability of a heavy commercial press with the precision of single-leg training.

Built for Commercial Environments

Manufactured for durability, repeat loading, and high traffic environments, the HD 35° Leg Press is constructed with heavy-duty steel and industrial-grade components designed to handle serious weight and serious lifters.

The machine footprint provides stability under load while maintaining efficient floor usage for strength-focused facilities.
